As developers, The Allen Group specializes in commercial and industrial properties The Allen Group merged a portion of its industrial and office portfolio with the Southern California-based Kilroy Realty Corp. in 1997.
In 2002, the company sold the assets of its residential division to McMillin Homes to focus on commercial and industrial development.
It has developed 5 million square feet of commercial property in less than 10 years in California and across the West.

The Midstate 99 Distribution Center is a 358-acre master-planned industrial park. About 100 acres have been developed.
